We have produced plush, collector statues, figurines, apparel and accessories for tabletop publishers and independent creators.
Collector statues
Large display pieces with painted finishes and presentation cases. One recent statue with a wooden display case took several specialist factories working together. We coordinated them so the client dealt with one team.
Figurines and miniatures
Detailed figures for display or for the game table, supplied unpainted, painted or with textured finishes. The examples below were made with our partner factories.
Apparel and accessories
Printed shirts and other wearable merchandise in your choice of fabric, sizing and labels. Accessories are quoted from your design or a reference sample.

One campaign usually needs several factories
A campaign with a plush, a statue and a shirt needs three different factories. A plush workshop does not cast statues, and a print shop does not sew toys.
Going direct means finding, checking and managing each factory yourself, often in a second language and across time zones.
We do that part. You send one brief and deal with one team. We match each item to a factory that makes that kind of product, visit for quality checks, and keep the whole order on one schedule.
Our clients in this field range from independent creator studios to an established tabletop roleplaying publisher. We do not publish client names without their permission.

From artwork to your backers in four steps

Send your brief
Share concept art, turnaround drawings or reference photos, plus your target quantity and where it ships. Use the quote form or email us.

Factory match and quote
We shortlist factories that make your kind of product and send a quote covering unit cost, our one time fee and timeline.
03
Prototype
The factory makes a sample. We send you photos and video, and pass your changes back to the factory.
04
Production and delivery
We monitor production and check quality before shipment. Goods go to you in bulk, or into our China warehouse for tracked delivery to each customer.
Terms
Clear terms, open to negotiation
No minimum order
We take on single prototypes and small runs. Some factories set their own minimums for certain processes, so we match your quantity to a factory that accepts it.
One time fee of $500 to $1,000
Set by the complexity of the product. Very simple items such as stickers start from $100. You pay 50% to start and the balance when you approve the sample. If you are not happy with our work, you can stop there and owe nothing more.
3 to 8% commission
Charged on production orders, with the rate depending on order size. Your first test run is commission free. Commission applies to orders placed with factories we introduce, for up to 24 months after the introduction.
Paid only by you
On custom product work we take no commission from the factory. Our income is the fee and the commission shown here, so you always know who we work for.
One point of contact
All communication with the factory goes through us, so you deal with one team in English. Once you sign our service agreement, we share the factory's name and details if you ask for them.
Warehousing and shipping
We can store finished goods in China and send tracked parcels to individual customers and backers.
Every term here can be negotiated. Tell us about your project and we will propose terms that fit it.
Common questions
Before you ask for a quote
Is there a minimum order?
No. Amora has no minimum order. Some factories set a minimum for certain processes, such as custom dyed fabric or molded parts. When that applies we tell you before you commit, and we look for a factory that accepts your quantity.
What if I do not like the sample?
Then you can stop. Our one time fee is paid half at the start and half when you approve the sample. If you are not happy with our work, you do not need to continue and you do not pay the second half.
Will I deal with the factory directly?
Usually not. All communication with the factory goes through Amora, so you deal with one team in English. Once you sign our service agreement, we share the factory's name and details if you ask for them.
What do you need from me to quote?
Artwork or reference images, the approximate size, any material preferences, your target quantity, and the country it ships to. If you only have a sketch, send that and we will tell you what else the factory needs.
Can you ship to each of my backers?
Yes. We can hold finished goods in our China warehouse and send tracked parcels to each address, or ship in bulk to you or your fulfillment partner.
My product is a toy. Does it need safety testing?
Toys sold for children must meet the safety rules of the country they are sold in, such as CPSIA in the United States and EN 71 in Europe. Tell us your market and the intended age range at the start, so the factory can quote for compliant materials and testing.
Who pays import duties?
The importer pays them. Duties depend on the product and the destination country, and they change, so check the current rate before you set your prices.
