After your product is made, we hold the stock, integrate with your storefront, and ship every order on your behalf. From a single buyer in Sydney to a Shopify storm during Black Friday, the same operation handles it.
A simple flow you can plug into your existing storefront. No retainer required.
Your goods arrive at our China warehouse from the factory. You send the packing list and ASN labels; we receive, count, and bin per SKU.
Connect Shopify natively, plug in via API, or upload a CSV of orders. Customer name, address, SKU, and quantity flow through automatically.
Every order is picked, packed, and dispatched the same business day. Tracking is generated and pushed back to your storefront so the buyer sees it.
Your customer receives the package, with real time tracking, exception handling, and a clear returns policy where applicable.
Direct integration with the platforms you already use, and the flexibility to add custom workflows when you need them.
Connect your Shopify store directly to our system. Orders push through automatically with no manual data entry. Tracking numbers sync back so Shopify can email customers when their order ships.
Custom integrations are supported through our API. Suitable if you run a custom storefront, a marketplace, or want to wire fulfillment into your own internal tools.
No integration? No problem. Upload a CSV or Excel of orders directly into our portal and we ship them all the same way. Useful for one off batches or a launch day.
Every SKU has live stock visibility in the portal. Reorder before you run dry, set thresholds, and pull stock movement reports any time.
Every parcel is trackable end to end. Choose between standard carrier tracking or a fully branded tracking experience that displays your store’s name and colours.
Failed delivery? Customs hold? We get notified by the local carrier and pass the information back to you immediately so you can respond to the customer with confidence.
Different products need different shipping lanes. We classify cargo into three categories and route accordingly.
Goods with no battery, no magnet, no liquid, and no powder or paste. The bulk of consumer accessories and apparel sit in this category and ship on our standard lanes.
Products with a battery sealed inside the device, where the battery is not separate or removable. Examples: wearables, earphones, rechargeable lamps, and most smart devices.
Batteries shipped alone, or batteries that do not match a paired host device. These move on a specialist lane that accepts loose cell shipments, with appropriate documentation.
Battery, liquid, paste, powder, cosmetics, food, medical products, and therapeutic products are not declared under their literal names because most lanes reject them. We rename them on the manifest using accepted equivalents. Confirm your product and intended lane with us before the first shipment so we can route it correctly.
Most shopify volume goes one of three places. Here is what we recommend for each, and how the customer experience differs.
Fast economy shipping for general goods, dedicated battery lane for built in battery devices. Tariffs on China origin goods are around 45% as of writing, collected before shipment and added to the freight invoice.
Two duty models available. DDP lanes pay VAT before shipment so the customer receives the parcel with nothing to pay. DDU lanes are typically post office services where the customer pays any duty on arrival.
Express lane with one to three day shorter transit than budget options. For most Shopify volume this is the recommended starting point as the cost difference is small and the customer experience is materially better.
Storage, processing, and shipping are itemised on every invoice. No platform fees, no monthly subscription, no hidden retainer.
| Item | Rate | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Warehouse storage | 60 RMB / CBM / month | No minimum duration, no minimum inventory. Volume clients may qualify for free storage. |
| Order processing | 5 RMB / order | Pick, pack, label, and dispatch. Charged on every order regardless of size. |
| Shipping | At cost | Carrier rate for the chosen lane, plus VAT or tariff where applicable for the destination. |
| Failed delivery (in country) | 40 to 60 RMB / parcel | Some destination countries charge a return fee on undeliverable parcels. Re delivery, where requested, is also charged at carrier rate. |
| Remote area surcharge | At carrier rate | Applies where the carrier defines the destination as remote. |
| Currency | USD, AUD, EUR, GBP, RMB | Invoiced in your chosen currency at the real time exchange rate. Prepaid. |
Discount. Up to 5% off shipping for sustained volume. For very large clients we can apply for free warehouse storage in lieu of a shipping discount, on a case by case basis.
Referrals. If you refer another business to this service, a 5% commission is available on referred volume. You decide how that commission is shared with the referred client.
An honest read of what is and is not covered, so there are no surprises when something goes wrong.
Damaged items in transit are not compensated by us. Pack robustly: bubble wrap, corner protectors, and rigid mailers where appropriate. We can advise on a packing spec for fragile SKUs before your first batch ships.
If we ship the wrong item, we resend the correct item at no cost and compensate the value of the incorrect item at purchase price. This is the only compensation case where the responsibility is on our side.
Returns back to our warehouse in China are not supported on standard lanes. Undeliverable parcels are typically returned to the local hub or destroyed after three failed attempts. China Post return service is the one exception and can be arranged for specific SKUs.
If the destination carrier confirms a parcel is lost, we file for compensation. Claims take 10 to 30 days to resolve and require proof from the carrier that the parcel was lost (not simply delayed). We forward the result to you as soon as it lands.
On a DDP lane, we attempt clearance on your behalf. If clearance fails after a reasonable effort, the customs outcome stands and no compensation applies. On DDU lanes the parcel is typically returned or destroyed. On DAP lanes the customer handles clearance themselves.
Products that customs flags for inspection (cosmetics, food, branded electronics, licensed merchandise) face higher hold rates. Confirm product description and declared value with us before shipment for a smoother release.
What buyers ask us before signing up.
Send a short brief: your SKUs, average parcel weight and dimensions, destinations, and your current monthly volume. We come back with a quoted rate sheet and a Shopify integration plan within one working day.
