Warehousing & Dropshipping

From the warehouse floor to your customer’s door.

After your product is made, we hold the stock, integrate with your storefront, and ship every order on your behalf. From a single buyer in Sydney to a Shopify storm during Black Friday, the same operation handles it.

Four steps from your factory to your customer

A simple flow you can plug into your existing storefront. No retainer required.

01

Inbound to warehouse

Your goods arrive at our China warehouse from the factory. You send the packing list and ASN labels; we receive, count, and bin per SKU.

02

Storefront connect

Connect Shopify natively, plug in via API, or upload a CSV of orders. Customer name, address, SKU, and quantity flow through automatically.

03

Pick, pack, ship

Every order is picked, packed, and dispatched the same business day. Tracking is generated and pushed back to your storefront so the buyer sees it.

04

Delivery & aftercare

Your customer receives the package, with real time tracking, exception handling, and a clear returns policy where applicable.

Built for online retail

Direct integration with the platforms you already use, and the flexibility to add custom workflows when you need them.

Native Shopify integration

Connect your Shopify store directly to our system. Orders push through automatically with no manual data entry. Tracking numbers sync back so Shopify can email customers when their order ships.

API access

Custom integrations are supported through our API. Suitable if you run a custom storefront, a marketplace, or want to wire fulfillment into your own internal tools.

CSV upload

No integration? No problem. Upload a CSV or Excel of orders directly into our portal and we ship them all the same way. Useful for one off batches or a launch day.

Real time inventory

Every SKU has live stock visibility in the portal. Reorder before you run dry, set thresholds, and pull stock movement reports any time.

Branded tracking

Every parcel is trackable end to end. Choose between standard carrier tracking or a fully branded tracking experience that displays your store’s name and colours.

Exception handling

Failed delivery? Customs hold? We get notified by the local carrier and pass the information back to you immediately so you can respond to the customer with confidence.

What we can ship

Different products need different shipping lanes. We classify cargo into three categories and route accordingly.

General goods

Standard consumer items

Goods with no battery, no magnet, no liquid, and no powder or paste. The bulk of consumer accessories and apparel sit in this category and ship on our standard lanes.

Built in battery

Battery powered devices

Products with a battery sealed inside the device, where the battery is not separate or removable. Examples: wearables, earphones, rechargeable lamps, and most smart devices.

Pure batteries

Battery only shipments

Batteries shipped alone, or batteries that do not match a paired host device. These move on a specialist lane that accepts loose cell shipments, with appropriate documentation.

Sensitive items policy

Battery, liquid, paste, powder, cosmetics, food, medical products, and therapeutic products are not declared under their literal names because most lanes reject them. We rename them on the manifest using accepted equivalents. Confirm your product and intended lane with us before the first shipment so we can route it correctly.

Three major lanes, recommended starting points

Most shopify volume goes one of three places. Here is what we recommend for each, and how the customer experience differs.

United States

USA

Fast economy shipping for general goods, dedicated battery lane for built in battery devices. Tariffs on China origin goods are around 45% as of writing, collected before shipment and added to the freight invoice.

  • Express lane for general goods
  • Battery lane for built in battery
  • Tariff calculated and collected before shipping
  • Suitable for direct to customer Shopify
European Union

EU

Two duty models available. DDP lanes pay VAT before shipment so the customer receives the parcel with nothing to pay. DDU lanes are typically post office services where the customer pays any duty on arrival.

  • DDP express, fast and customer friendly
  • DDU post service, lower cost, customer pays VAT
  • Battery lane available on both models
  • Customs clearance handled on DDP
Australia

AU

Express lane with one to three day shorter transit than budget options. For most Shopify volume this is the recommended starting point as the cost difference is small and the customer experience is materially better.

  • Express direct to door
  • 1 to 3 days faster than budget
  • General and built in battery handled
  • No minimum batch size

Transparent fees, billed in your currency

Storage, processing, and shipping are itemised on every invoice. No platform fees, no monthly subscription, no hidden retainer.

Volume discount & referral commission

Discount. Up to 5% off shipping for sustained volume. For very large clients we can apply for free warehouse storage in lieu of a shipping discount, on a case by case basis.

Referrals. If you refer another business to this service, a 5% commission is available on referred volume. You decide how that commission is shared with the referred client.

Returns, claims, and edge cases

An honest read of what is and is not covered, so there are no surprises when something goes wrong.

Damaged in transit

Damaged items in transit are not compensated by us. Pack robustly: bubble wrap, corner protectors, and rigid mailers where appropriate. We can advise on a packing spec for fragile SKUs before your first batch ships.

Wrong item shipped

If we ship the wrong item, we resend the correct item at no cost and compensate the value of the incorrect item at purchase price. This is the only compensation case where the responsibility is on our side.

No return to China

Returns back to our warehouse in China are not supported on standard lanes. Undeliverable parcels are typically returned to the local hub or destroyed after three failed attempts. China Post return service is the one exception and can be arranged for specific SKUs.

Lost package claims

If the destination carrier confirms a parcel is lost, we file for compensation. Claims take 10 to 30 days to resolve and require proof from the carrier that the parcel was lost (not simply delayed). We forward the result to you as soon as it lands.

Customs holds

On a DDP lane, we attempt clearance on your behalf. If clearance fails after a reasonable effort, the customs outcome stands and no compensation applies. On DDU lanes the parcel is typically returned or destroyed. On DAP lanes the customer handles clearance themselves.

Sensitive product holds

Products that customs flags for inspection (cosmetics, food, branded electronics, licensed merchandise) face higher hold rates. Confirm product description and declared value with us before shipment for a smoother release.

Common questions

What buyers ask us before signing up.

Is there a minimum order quantity or warehouse footprint?
No. You can store one carton or one pallet, and you can ship one unit per day or ten thousand. There is no minimum storage duration and no minimum order volume.
How does Shopify integration work?
Our portal connects directly to your Shopify store. Once linked, every paid order flows into our system automatically with customer details, SKU, and quantity. Tracking numbers sync back to Shopify so the standard order confirmation email includes the tracking link.
Can my tracking page be branded to my store?
Yes. Two options. Standard carrier tracking uses the destination country’s courier portal and does not update until the parcel arrives in country. The branded tracking option uses our system end to end and is fully white labelled to your brand for the whole journey.
Are tariffs and VAT included in the quoted shipping rate?
VAT on DDP EU lanes is included and prepaid. US tariffs (around 45% on China origin goods at the time of writing) are calculated per shipment and added to the freight invoice before shipping. DDU EU lanes leave VAT to the end customer to pay on arrival.
How do you handle products with batteries?
Products with a battery built into the device travel on a dedicated battery lane that is certified for embedded cells. Standalone batteries (or batteries paired with a non matching host) travel on a specialist pure battery lane. Standard general goods lanes do not accept either, which is why we classify cargo before quoting.
What are the payment terms?
Prepaid. Storage is invoiced monthly. Order processing and shipping is funded from a topped up prepayment balance on your account, which we draw against as orders ship.
Do you offer a referral program?
Yes. If you bring us another business that becomes a paying client, you receive a 5% referral commission on their ongoing volume. You decide whether to share that as a discount with the referred party or keep it as a finder’s fee.
