Amora Sourcing is a manufacturing partner for international brands, built by two founders with deep roots in China's factory network. We handle factory sourcing, production management, quality control, and logistics so you can focus on building your product.
Amora Sourcing is a retainer-based manufacturing management firm based in Shenzhen. We are a subsidiary of Amora Global, which is a division of Amora International alongside Amora Software.
We work with international brands that need a professional presence in China without building one themselves. That means finding the right factory, managing production week to week, running quality inspections, coordinating freight, and handling every conversation in Mandarin on your behalf.
Our clients range from hardware startups bringing a first product to market, to established brands managing several concurrent production lines. What they share is the need for someone on the ground who is accountable to them, not to the factory.
Amora Global is run by Victoria Chamberlin and Amy Liao. More than a decade of combined sourcing and production experience across electronics, wearables, and consumer goods.
Victoria leads client strategy, market positioning, and the international side of every engagement. She is your point of contact for scope, briefs, contracts, and the commercial framing of each manufacturing program.
With a background in international business development and cross-border trade, Victoria structures each engagement so clients have full visibility into what is being done, what it costs, and what comes next. She works across time zones daily to keep programs moving and clients informed.
Amy runs factory operations, Mandarin communication, and on-site quality across every supplier in our network. She is your eyes and ears on the factory floor every working day in Shenzhen.
Amy handles the day-to-day reality of Chinese manufacturing: production timeline enforcement, QC inspections, sample iterations, supplier negotiations, and the factory-floor conversations that only happen in person. Her presence in Shenzhen is the operational core of every Amora engagement.
We are physically in Shenzhen. Every factory we recommend has been visited, verified, and screened in person before it ever reaches a client brief.
We work on retainer, not commission. Our incentive is your production running well, not closing a factory deal. That separation matters in a market built on referral fees.
Every factory conversation happens in Mandarin, by a person who is there. Nothing gets lost in translation or left to a third-party agent you have never met.
Send us a product brief or a short description of what you want to manufacture. We come back with a formal proposal within one working day.
